Affordable Holiday Tops
It’s the most wonderful time of the year…or at least that’s how we’re supposed to feel, right? But with the endless list of to-do’s, holiday parties, school recitals, and get-togethers, it can actually be a time of anxiety for many of us. To make one piece of the holiday puzzle a little easier, we’re sharing seven holiday tops that you can wear for all of your upcoming holiday festivities. These tops, sweaters, and blouses range from dressy to casual and most of them are under $100!

First up is this gorgeous green Farm Rio top. If you’re looking for a Thanksgiving or Christmas top that makes a statement without being too over-the-top, this is a lovely option. The dark emerald green looks good on so many skin tones, it’s body-skimming (not fitted), and the details are just beautiful. It has a smocked mock-neck and sleeves, pretty clip-dot material, subtle pintucks and ruffles, and billowy sleeves. It’s very lightweight so you won’t get too hot. It’s also thin enough to layer under a jacket or coat too. It runs true to size.
To create simple, casual holiday outfits, wear your holiday tops with your favorite pair of dark wash jeans! In these holiday looks, you’re going to see me in the same pair of perfect straight-leg jeans by L’Agence. The dark wash makes them feel more elevated, the straight-leg silhouette is classic and will work with any shoes, the high-rise waist is super flattering, and the fit is amazing.
If you’re wondering what shoes you can wear with each jean silhouette, make sure you check out this post where we break it all down for you!
If you liked the last top but it’s a little out of your price range, this green ASTR The Label top is another wonderful option! It’s that pretty dark green color but just a little darker and equally as beautiful on many skin tones. The sweetheart neckline and ruched bodice are SO flattering. I love the subtle puff shoulders and ruched sleeves too. It runs slightly small so if you are between sizes, I suggest sizing up. Note: This top is very cropped so you have to wear it with high-waisted bottoms. I styled it with the same jeans, but you could wear it with a skirt, or black pants too.
How gorgeous are these statement earrings by Ettika?! I love to add a dramatic pair of statement earrings during the holiday season, and these are super affordable. I’m wearing the gold pair but they also come in silver and black. Add these to any of your holiday looks for some extra oomph.
For something a little sexier and very on-trend, grab this black cutout sweater by ASTR The Label. It has cool twisted cutout details at the neckline that are sexy without showing too much skin. I love that you can wear this for more than just the holiday season- think date night, girl’s night out, etc.. I styled it with the same L’Agence jeans, statement earrings, and some fun heels to make it holiday party-ready. But you can wear this with jeans and sneakers for a casual look or with leather pants and booties…it’s such a versatile sweater! It runs true to size.
You can definitely wear your favorite go-to pumps with any of these looks. But I wanted to add a little extra sparkle, so I styled each of the outfits with this pair of crystal-embellished pumps by Badgley Mischka. They have a pretty high, 4” heel but they’re comfortable (for heels!) and easy to walk in. The crystal embellishment on the toe is beautiful and I love the sleek look of these heels. The pointed toe is also elongating and flattering. They run true to size and come in multiple colors.
Next up is this cobalt blue beauty that’s also by ASTR The Label. This is another one of those colors that looks SO good on so many women. The one-shoulder neckline is super flattering, and the length is perfect. You can leave it untucked or half-tuck. I styled it with the same jeans and accessories to glam it up for the holidays. But you could dress this up or down for pretty much any occasion! It runs true to size.
This Bardot top is a little dressier and can easily be dressed up or down depending on the dress code of your holiday party. I love the rosette detail at the halter neck that’s very on-trend. You can wear petals or no bra with this top if you are smaller busted because the velvet material is so thick and supportive. The ruching under the bust is very flattering and I also love the open back! It runs true to size.
With Sequin Pants
I mentioned that this top could be dressed up or down so I wanted to share an option without jeans. I’m wearing it with a pair of black sequin pants by Open Edit. They are pull-on style, super comfortable, and SO fun! They’re lined on the inside so you don’t have to worry about the sequins being itchy on your skin. The 28” inseam is perfect on me (I’m 5’4”) with heels and the fit is great. They run true to size.
This sequin black sweater is perfect for that holiday party or event where you want to feel comfortable and cozy but also want to add some festive sparkle. This sweater has a cool diamond pattern of sequins, billowy sleeves, and the perfect not-too-cropped fit. It runs true to size. I styled it with the same jeans and accessories but this sweater would look amazing with a black silk or leather skirt if you want to dress it up.
You may remember this gorgeous sequin top by 1. State from last year’s holiday tops post. AND… it’s still in stock in two colors and SO good that I had to share it again! It has a mock neck, long sleeves, and a beautiful, dramatic draped back. This top is perfect for a holiday party, a night out, or even during your family get-together at home for Christmas dinner. It comes in black and a cool color called Silver Dust. It runs true to size.
